No one’s got anything right when it comes to Liverpool for over a year now. Apart from the much publicised and drawn out in the papers Barcola deal. Even yesterday no one had mentioned the world record fee we’d agreed for Brughmans before it was basically done.

Apart from Barcola, every LFC signing has come out of the blue as far as the media and certainly on here are concerned.

I had a long weekend in the Westin Valencia, the 5 star hotel opposite La Mestalla. Their overseas recruits tend to stay there on the whole. When I was there, Ezequiel Garay and his (beautiful) wife were sat at the next table in the hotel restaurant.

(They looked pretty bored and never said a word to each other).
Anyway, Harvey will have a super place as 'digs' and only a couple of minutes away from the stadium.

Didn't wanna comment until after it was done, but can someone here explain why we was bidding crazy money for Sarr when Mbaye or Rayaan could have come in for same price or cheaper? Let's b honest, Sarr might improve at LFC, but will he improve to the level of a LFC player? And then we were gonna sell an established player who can play in 4 positions for round 5 million more and who's 2 years younger? So, Robbo or VG know who's actually dealing with transfers? Is there one person who makes the final call, or is it like a group of them, which could explain why it's taking so long, as they are probably all pushing for different targets, hence being bids for Minteh n Sarr.

Very strange, and if we don't get this right, even a top 8 finish will be hard, and I, for one, will not blame players or the manager. The blame will be squarely at FSG for employing idiots.

You can sign any player at any time and do the medical whenever you want.

The transfer window is for transferring the registration of the player. If the player is not registered for you during the window then they can’t play for you.

Whilst that may be true, the conclusion of a transfer is usually subject to the completion of a medical. So, I guess the question is what happens if a player fails a medical done after deadline day?
