Not really funny is it considering 3 kids got brutally murdered and the country is on the verge of civil war.

2.) 06 Aug 2024 20:04:49
@arnes i don’t think victor is poking fun at anything you’ve said more that a lad called Adam Wharton pleaded guilty for burglary and we’ve been linked to Adam Wharton of palace .

I think that’s as far as it goes it has nothing to do with the 3 girls and the atrocities going on up and down the country .

3.) 07 Aug 2024 07:09:32
Arnes grow an intelligent bone in your head. A random burglary and you conflate it with one of the worst tragedies the country has seen in recent times.

4.) 08 Aug 2024 00:33:44
I've highlighted my distaste for certain jokes recently but I echo what others said, I see no issue with VV joke here.

01 Jul 2024 15:47:28
The only way England are getting past a semi is if every one of them pops a viagra tablet.

ViktorVaughan

1.) 01 Jul 2024 16:01:38
VV, I hardly think using "tools" is going to help them score goals. ?.

2.) 01 Jul 2024 16:57:12
Keep it up, Vik.

3.) 01 Jul 2024 17:41:11
Hopefully they can rise to the occasion then Viktor.

4.) 01 Jul 2024 18:04:12
Absolute flops.

5.) 01 Jul 2024 18:08:56
Will be extremely hard getting to that final.

6.) 01 Jul 2024 18:51:54
Don’t get overly excited.

7.) 01 Jul 2024 19:25:56
Will stop Gordon rolling around on the floor as well.

8.) 01 Jul 2024 19:34:25
JK, especially if they run into some stiff competition along the way.

{Ed025's Note - nice one Stuie..

9.) 01 Jul 2024 19:45:40
Stuie they’ll need to be prepared. Last thing they want is to be caught with their pants down.

10.) 01 Jul 2024 19:47:35
They'll choke and all end up with stiff necks.

11.) 01 Jul 2024 20:07:52
All a bit premature lads, it probably won't even come to a climax.

12.) 01 Jul 2024 20:14:17
Why is everyone acting like a dick?

13.) 01 Jul 2024 21:04:59
Last thing you need then is Southgate pulling you off at half time.

14.) 01 Jul 2024 22:00:42
The last thing anyone should be doing is giving Toney a hot tip.

15.) 01 Jul 2024 22:54:26
They’ve already been saved by the Bell.

16.) 02 Jul 2024 00:27:48
Maybe they will be up for the challenge.

17.) 02 Jul 2024 00:50:59
If they do keep it up and come again, we really should stop being so hard on them.

18.) 02 Jul 2024 19:42:46
This all seems a bit premature!

Sorry, couldn't resist! :-)

19.) 02 Jul 2024 19:47:14
They could always try viagra eye drops.
At least they’ll look hard.

24 May 2024 20:21:50
Let’s just take five minutes to laugh at Man United for defecating themselves in public 24 hours before their cup final.

ViktorVaughan

1.) 24 May 2024 21:27:57
Don’t they have toilets at Old Toilet?

2.) 24 May 2024 21:38:49
Probably broken hope9, everything else is at OT.

3.) 24 May 2024 22:49:27
LVG knew hew was gone going into a FA cup final now it seems ETH in the same boat. Think the next manager will want to avoid the competition.

4.) 24 May 2024 23:35:16
Absolute meme club.

I knew when Mr. Ferguson left that, from a Liverpool standpoint, it'd be good and there'd be laughs. But I didn't think they'd still be clowning around aimlessly eleven years later, whilst their stadium literally falls down around them.

They'll get Kieran McKenna in and once he loses a couple of games the players will throw him under the bus, like they did with Seven Hag, Rangnick, Solksjaer, Mourinho, Moyes and van Gaal, and half their fanbase will turn on him too. Rinse and repeat. Can't wait for the Mark Goldbridge vids telling everyone (for about the 5th time) that the club structure is to blame and not McKenna whilst his chat bays for blood.

5.) 25 May 2024 02:26:20
Thank heavens for FSG.

6.) 25 May 2024 07:23:28
If you fancy a cold shower head to old Trafford.

7.) 25 May 2024 10:52:01
Hey, let’s not laugh too hard as we enter a period of massive change for ourselves. Who knows what’s going to happen now Klopp has gone, I wouldn’t go laughing too hard just yet.

8.) 25 May 2024 14:17:15
It’s 11 - yes eleven - years since they last won the League - they have been a shambles for a good while now.

9.) 25 May 2024 14:40:10
We didn’t win it for 30 years.

18 May 2024 00:54:46
“Winning four Premier League titles in succession is incredible. Never been done before. Congratulations to Pep and the team.
“It reminds me of when I won my seven Tour de France victories. The similarities of dominance are endless. ”
- Lance Armstrong on 115radio.

ViktorVaughan

1.) 18 May 2024 08:24:35
By hook or by crook ?.

2.) 18 May 2024 08:45:59
The only similarities are their cheating behaviors.

Also, nothing guaranteed just yet Lance. Unless you know something that we don't.

3.) 18 May 2024 09:21:20
Lance Armstrong a. k. a Doper in Chief or DIC is just calling things as he sees them. Ironically, the Abu Dhabi Group that bought City in 2008 was also named DIC. Ironic, indeed.

4.) 18 May 2024 09:50:31
And City could be on for seven in a row had it not been for Jürgen Klopp and his bow and arrow.

5.) 18 May 2024 10:35:58
Whenever Pep looks angry, I do always wonder if it’s roid rage.

6.) 18 May 2024 11:29:43
JLC, I think it’s gone over your head mate ?.

7.) 18 May 2024 12:20:34
There's some talk online of a fine of 350 million, which would get given and spread out amongst the EPL teams. LFC would presumably get around 17-18 million for the incovenience of losing 2 champions titles amongst other things. No mention of point deductions or title relinquishing.

Of course it's only online blabber, but it's a histerical joke anyway. So this is what you get when you cheat consistently for almost a decade.

{Ed002's Note - It is nonsense.}

8.) 18 May 2024 12:31:48
I imagined it was, Ed002. Thanks for clarifying.

9.) 18 May 2024 13:41:26
Nah, come on ArAy1969. You had to know that was a nothing burger, right? I also read online that there could be an out of court settlement btw both City and the PL. Now that one, took the biscuit for me. What a crock of crap!

At the end of the day, the hearing will happen and City will have their day in court and their chance to provide the evidence they have been telling us all these years that they, that will exonerate them of ALL charges. At that point, it will come down to the evidence and the facts hence, posturing and making boombastic statements in the public sphere will be over.

10.) 18 May 2024 15:24:05
The moment I read "nothing burger" Oli, I immediately thought of the old "where's the meat" ads. ?.

11.) 18 May 2024 17:54:28
(I meant "where's the beef")

12.) 19 May 2024 01:42:58
I'd sooner be humble in defeat rather than shout "cheat".
If it's ever proven that City cheated I'll be happy enough on the moral high ground and have forgotten all about the other two League titles and celebrations we could have had. Promise ?.
They could have had seven in a row and I did celebrate preventing that but out of respect to them I won't mention all my European Cup celebrations.

13.) 19 May 2024 10:06:44
Rigsby, I see what you did there in your last statement. That was some nasty stuff. Loved.

Aside from his age, Bowen is a huge Man United fan, straight no on that basis alone.

West Derby that’s not at all my reason for disliking the player. He’s a bit of knob by all accounts and that’s putting it mildly, and if there is a “no dickheads” rule in signing players it would make no sense signing someone who is a well known dickhead and has a known dickhead for an agent, then there is his cognitive dissonance between his opinion of his talent and his actual ability, he seems to think he’s the second coming of Zidane when he’s more like a regeneration of Salif Diao. He’s a very very mediocre footballer at best and he’s asking for the thick end of £300k for that privilege. Then there’s the question of whether he actually improves our squad. And he doesn’t, not one iota. I consider this a bullet dodged.

That’s a relief that he’s going to Marseille. Midfield misfit just about sums him up nicely.

I’d rather sign Horatio Nelson and he’s been dead 200 years. Bradley is right there.

How does that sound like a spoilt child? I’m saying why waste any energy or time on a player who messed us about in the summer (initially telling us he was keen to move then changing his mind after we’d gone and briefed the press), who clearly has no interest in playing for us, nor has the mentality to play for us. Pining for him to sign for us or demanding the owners do something about it would be acting like a child having a tantrum. I’m saying leave him be, don’t waste any more time on him. F him.

As for Gravenberch, it’s absolutely true that he failed at Munich, he was also a player under the wing of Mino Raiola, with was never a good sign (see Sancho and various others) . He was indifferent last year, which is being generous, so the signs weren’t good for him and playing such a crucial role.

However, he’s stepped up and shown what he’s made of, which he deserves enormous credit for. I’m happy that he’s proven me wrong and I’m happy to change my view on him and I can only repeat the words of the economist John Maynard Keynes, “When my information changes, I change my mind. What do you do, sir? ”.

He had a good game against Man United. Having a good game against relegation candidates really is not a lot to shout about.

Wasn’t Tuchel apparently United’s number one choice to replace ten Hag? Because that surely pushed Southgate back to the top of the list and surely Brexit Jim will go English? So from that perspective it does mean either ten Hag gets more time to continue United’s descent into mediocrity or they bring in someone like Southgate. This is a marvellous thing for English football.

Which player has a face only his mother could love?

Peter Beardsley, wasn’t called Quasimodo for nothing. I would say Rooney but his is more a face your granny would love.

If you could tie together two players or two managers for 24 hours who and why would they be?

Rudi Voller and Frank Rijkaard.

If you had to have one Which would it be a 1980s moustache or a 1980s perm hair do?

A proper Souness tache.

Choose between kicking Ramos or G Neville in the nuts?

Ramos. Repeatedly, with my steeltoe timbs.

You have only two options to sign a contract that turns you into a professional footballer your options are Everton or Manchester United who do you sign for?

United would pay more, I’d get sent off intentionally every start and still get £350k a week.

It’s a reality check. There’s a lack of quality in depth in midfield which is going to cost us massively. City and Madrid would have a field day against us. To win a title you need to be consistent and dig deep to get something out of games like that. We were unable to do that.

Was happy when Slot agreed to take over. The best option available. He’s been excellent. Really impressed how he set us up for United and they couldn’t cope. He’s also getting a tune out of Gravenberch. Top four is a very plausible target.

Ed002 was dead right about him as a coach.
