Convinced Klopp to change our style after the title-winning season, was the architect behind the inverted full-back disaster, caused Buvac to leave, pushed heavily for Nunez. He's a good coach on the training pitch and is good at developing young players but that's about it. It will only work at City if he is taking training drills and that's about it. He won't be a positive influence on Guardiola. He's a supporting role who wants to be a star.

Well most here didn’t rate Ljinders so shouldn’t feel threatened or betrayed. Had a go a management and clearly wasn’t good enough yet so is now taking the opportunity to learn from the 2nd best manager in modern football. I certainly don’t begrudge him trying to upskill himself. Could be the next arteta when Peps finished with him ?.

I disagree Shipley he’s is a great kid with a superb attitude but not a very good player.

I really wish he was better than he is but he just isn’t good enough, particularly defensively. Perhaps it’s got something to do with the broken ankle he suffered but the kid can’t tackle and backs out of everything.

He obviously loves the club and has worked extremely hard to get a chance at Liverpool but for both parties I think it’s best if he moves on.

Lovely kid and a Liverpool fan but lacks the physicality to make it at the top level.

I was about to say he has a great attitude but he is far from a great player! Please just watch him without the ball, please. He is so so slow, covers close to no ground and we are litterally like playing with 10.5 players when he is on the pitch, especially in a game with equal position like yesterday. Agree with zed, like paisley doesn’t hold sympathy for players just what’s best for him and the club as a famous person once said Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it, every thing changes players come and go.

I really like Harvey and he is still young, having 2 league titles in his locker. I think he is a really good player, not great. My only negative about him is what is he? winger? 8? 10? if he had stayed in one and I think he could have mastered it. - Kelleher, year left just and wants 1st team

- Jones/ Endo - not sure myself

Probably ones I haven't mentioned too but a fair few could leave.

The way he handle his exit is worse then him leaving itself, it took him 2 months to tell the club he agreed to join Madrid and honestly he isn't irreplaceable for us.

For me the fact as a boyhood fan that he claims to be choosing winning the Balon D'Or over captaining your boyhood club or winning trophies with them says a lot about how much he really loved the club.
