The manager is solely responsible for the mentality, ambition, organisation, preparation, motivation, passion, determination, drive, condition, and direction of the team. We are lacking and regressed in all these areas. He is way out of his depth, no respect from players, lost the fans, poor poor backroom staff, and not an ounce of progress or improvements or direction.


His position and all the coaching and fitness and analysis staff positions are all untenable.
He must be sacked tonight.

Slots interview honestly looks like he really doesn't care anymore & is playing lip service. In my 45 years as a Liverpool supporter I have never felt so deflated or uninterested when watching us play.

I think you can see in his eyes, that he doesn't know how to turn things around.

You can see him squirming when he's asked the questions, because he's honestly feeling I don't know what to do.

I just hope that behind those eyes, he knows that he's going in one match's time, and so he's just hanging on for that and then we'll all be happy.

It is sad to see, but the man is so out of his depth.

The risk is, the thanks and love that we all had for him for winning the league last year, will disappear because of what he's turned us into this year. If he is to be remembered and talked about positively for last year, for the sake of the club, the man has to go now, else next year we'll be in a relegation battle.

The only 2 goals we had in a 6 goal game were both scored by our CB. Perfectly sums up just how threatening our forward line has been this season.
