Just general chat but I’m hearing Klopp still keen on max Meyer on a free if he can get him to accept lower wages I’m guessing this of course is still dependant on a couple of players leaving to lessen the wage budget.

Apparently Alisson will take the number 1 shirt at Liverpool upon completion which has been reluctantly offered by Karius. The club will announce those of you that have bought your Karius 1 shirt can have a refund. The club shop has brought in extra staff to cope with the returns.

Haha Ed002 do you think we have finally learned our lesson in regards to transfers. We seem to have kept transfers a lot closer to our chests and not leak out stuff as easy. Some of the links like Dybala and Asensio are comical. It’s almost as if someone from inside has leaked it to have a laugh at the English press. Bit of misdirection go fool the masses.
{Ed002's Note - Apart from the return to Fabinho the transfers have been in the public domain. Liverpool said nothing about Dybala etc.. It is simply the fans being easy to tease.}

LFC-S+MANGO Roma apparently had an agreement with PSG for Alphonse Areola in place incase Alisson deal went through so looks like if Schmeichel is to move it would be to go to Chelski rather than replace Alisson.

the Club will spend what it can to back Klopp as long as it is for the benefit of the club. If Klopp can convince them that spending £100million more on two players could be the difference between a title or champs league etc and it is financially viable the club will do it. They know the financial state the club is better than we do. I’m looking forward to the new season. This is probably the most complete squad we have had in a long time other than the keeper position
we can use city as an example they bought bravo and realised he was useless in a more physical league and went and replaced him with Ederson who was a class apart last year. I hope we can do something similar and pull off a deal for someone like Alisson. Then football may well be coming home to Anfield for the first time in a long time.
