I’ve not interest in what Chelsea are doing, but I know we’ve totally screwed this up. Amateurish at best. If we lose out on a talent like Lavia to end up with dross like Phillips, Palhinha or Gravenberch we only have ourselves to blame for that and the consequences, which is another wasted season.

Bajcetic is a good player but doesn't have the speed needed imo. Would be great alongside a destroyer like player but don’t think he is that player at CDM. He is/ will be a more alonso/ Thiago type player.

Bajcetic is absolutely ready and will be a part of our first team squad. One extreme to another, he's not the best midfielder in the world but he's also not just some kid - he has already shown great promise. 25 first team appearances in all competitions this season (hopefully he won't be out injured for long) and let him continue his development. Great to have him.

@ViktorV, big time agree Kalvin Phillips as dross but definitely not Palhinha - not sure are there many better than him at winning a ball! He's injured and expensive too anyway but he is not dross!
