Is there a situation with Nat Phillips within the club? There were rumors that he was to be sold in the transfer window. Myself, I would position him as our equal 4th choice center back along side Gomez, but in terms the skills of consistency and decision making, aerial ability and presence, ahead of Gomez and so I ponder why he is consistently framed to leave?

I'll be annoyed if Diaz leaves because he feels undervalued. Obviously we can't be privee to what has happened in the backroom and other influences and if he wants to leave for reasons other than salary that's fair enough on his part. but, on the pitch Diaz is a breath of fresh air, busy, challenging, aggressive. If this is all about comparative salary and begin valued. Pay the chap his £120k a week and give him a 2 or 3 year extension. Surely that's just commonsense and financially efficient?

Kane is a dinosaur. No pace, no finesse, little tactical awareness, constantly out of position, poor leadership skills. Look at England, they will never win anything with Kane in the team. Southgate got a knighthood for failing for 8 years with a smile and a marks and spencer waistcoat, Kane was a terrible for choice for captain. I have nothing good to say about him. Penalties and squeaking about being unlucky. Never, he is proper crap!

TAA had a bad day there is no denying that, he'll be seeing VVD's snarling face in his sleep tonight. Fair play to Amorin, they stopped Jones, Mac and Grav turning with the ball, closed them down quickly and choked the midfield. Without Garnacho TAA had no-one to sit on and wondered. I'm old and fat now but every time I watch Maguire play I wonder why I stopped. They're still a rubbish team, rubbish skipper, rubbish defenders and rubbishter forwards and in sporting terms Ineos have turned every thing they have touched to rubbish so I'm still optimistic the slide will continue.
