Didn't see the game, but United were pure dirt the first 3 games, so them going into the international break with 3 wins would've been a travesty.

Yeah, the difference is this time around the manager has been here a year and you'd expect him to have imprinted some sort of coherent style by now.
And don't even talk to me about the money they've wasted. Something like £600m net over the last 5 years and they managed to finish the game with a 35 year old Johnny Evans and Harry Maguire at center back. And people on here were complaining about starting a game with Gomez and Matip? They're bloody peak Baresi and Beckenbauer by comparison.
That said, I do see them getting top 6 (just) on the basis that Newcastle and Chelsea haven't been particularly good either and they've managed to notch up 6 points from 4 games where imo they deserved 2 at the most. They'll wiggle their way out of trouble and get points their performances don't deserve enough times.

Utd have arguably been better in the 2 games they lose too, the 2 wins they got could/ should have been losses, Wolves battered them the first weekend.

Ed14, Im the last person you will find who will give Utd any creadit for winning as much as the argument BUT I will say that Seven Hag is right cos the angle the VAR used was a bit suspect. Having said that, Utd are the very LAST team to complain about refereeing decisions.
As for utd. as a whole, a complete nothing team even after Seven Hag spent 400m in two summers. No style of play, poor setup, the Quataris have jogged on, the whole lot. Could not have happened to a nicer team and a nicer set of fans.

Egg head is being found out. despite signing casemeiro, Mount, Ericsson, Anthony, varane etc they play exactly as they did under Ole. he had one good season too. They were fortunate last year, this time the champions league will punish them and hopefully the league results continue to get worse. Early days to make judgements but I hope this gets worse for then.

In fairness I thought that Garnacho disallowed goal was very harsh - VAR drawing lines and interpreting them how they want, it’s just weird and I don’t see how it is deemed fit for purpose. Nobody just using their eyes could make a conclusive decision that he was offside, so minuscule lines are used to somehow determine he was 3mm off? Strikes me as the officials make it up as they go, and some decisions definitely smack of more than just incompetence.

What did you make of bruno the rat throwing himself to floor constantly and some of the fouls they got away with were a absolute joke. Glad you did them over but you made it hard work for yourself. Rice stepped up. Very good player.
