Personally speaking, trying to relax and enjoy any future successes would be compromised if I knew that our owners had had someone chopped to bits and stuffed in a suitcase for writing something they disagreed with. Or had people thrown off the top of high buildings because they were gay. I totally understand that there's a sense of desperate need to keep up with our rivals spending power, but you've got to draw a line somewhere. I shouldn't think there's a long list of ethical billionaire LFC fans sitting around waiting to buy us, but I'm totally not into the idea of an oppressive medieval monarchy owning our club.
