One is available for a transfer / loan without kicking a ball. Two forever injured and one who can’t get into a team.
That’s the issue when you sit like a duck and wait for the window to shut!

Yes it was a terrible transfer window. The Artur signing was an extremely amateurish decision. Hopefully Nunez will improve and become a very important player.

Apart from the Nunez and Gakpo signings, we dropped the ball on transfers last season, for sure. Should we sign MacAllister, that would b a great start to the summer window.

I think it’s early to say whether we dropped the ball with Ramsey and Carvalho as the combined fee was 9 mill and they are both extremely young with resale value if it doesn’t work.

Arthur loan fee and wages wasn’t far off the same price and we got 12 mins of football out of him. That’s dropping the ball.

Gakpo was an excellent signing in my opinion. That's our Bobby replacement sorted for the next 8 years minimum.

Nunez is think is a huge upgrade on Origi as well. He might run in to the same problem Origi did though, which is Klopp not playing with an orthodox number 9.

Diaz was a good Mane replacement too. Elliott is a decent Shaqiri replacement. Jota was a good Sturridge replacement.

Overall our attacking options are very good and i think we're sound in there at least until Salah leaves. By which time I hope Doak is foaming at the mouth to start tearing up the Prem.

Ramsay could easily come good, he’s young as is Carvalho. Jury is out on Nunez. He’s a proper curates egg. Arthur I agree was an awful decision. We should have bought a proper midfielder and sold Keita and Ox last summer. Really poor squad management.
