In Klopps tenure we've had 14 12.30 kick offs after an international break next is spurs on 6 I think. Hardly evenly spread out but maybe Klopp needs to stop moaning about it because the situation hasn't got better.

He should go absolutely radio rental. It’s probably going to cost us points. Refuse to do the press conference before and refuse to speak to TNT. We will almost certainly be without Nunez, Mac and Diaz for both games. We are down to the bare bones but if the matches were 4pm on the Sunday we have no excuses and a far better chance.

4pm Sunday has always been used for the biggest games, what’s changed? It’s very convenient that they chose a Saturday evening time that they knew would get rejected. So they can now say blar blar blar we tried for a different slot.

My theory on this is that Liverpool are a team with a true global reach and the GMT lunchtime kick off allows most other time zones to also be able to tune in live.
Eastern US and Canada in the morning.
Africa, Europe and Middle East is no problem.
And the Far East and just about Australia and New Zealand too.
So the weekend midday start with Lfc s a good selling point for the PL's global television rights.

It’s a fair point Juicer, but what about the integrity of the game? Surely that should come first?

Otherwise surely it’s all just entertainment rather than a true sporting contest? Maybe we’re already past that point anyway.

Maybe at half time a few of the players should eat ‘bush tucker’ to gain an extra ‘goal’.

Doesn't matter anyway because City are all going to get the dreaded lurgy the day before the game match will be rescheduled until the end of the season where we will win the League in front of a half full Editored Stadium and Parade our shiny new trophy in front of Micah Richards and Gary Neville and just to rub salt in Salah wins the golden boot and signs a new contract to keep him in red for another two years, well with all the doom and misery going on in the world I thought I'd cheer myself up and hopefully a couple of other fellow reds who are currently trying to figure out wtf is going on in the world.

You would think someone in charge of these things would say"liverpool to 12.30?no we can't do that they've played 12.30 after the two international windows already this year, we'll get slaughtered". Surely the idea of fairness and integrity is more important than the want of TNT and Sky. Even as im writing that last sentence i know its nonsense?.
