Reports seem to be linking us with Max Ebrel as new sporting director. Any truth to this? Is he any good?

Being honest, and speaking for myself, I have no idea what a Sporting Director does. If I don’t know what he does I reckon I’m not qualified to say if he is any good or not.

As a poster that pretty much knows all about football ?? I'd say learn from edd2 he's really good with the running of the club.
Ed 1 for me normally gets it correct for tactical stuff.
I do like to look out for Harry's posts too he thinks outside the box and some of his thoughts are outstanding.
