Everyone is banging on about returning to the high intensity press. But at the same time they think Klopp is the best manager in the world. Yet he is so stupid that he can't see that the players are not pressing enough. The brain dead answer ah let's work harder in training, do me a favour.

It's total and utter nonsense complete madness. It's the bloody players, some are not as good as many think and more than a few have their best days behind them. VVD, Gomez, Fabs, Salah, Hendo, Matip, Firmino, Robbo, Thiago etc their best days are behind all of them. Add to that Mane has gone and it makes for a club in decline, who can't match a championship club for effort.

Fair point Mark, when we stop blaming 12.30 kick offs, dry pitches, referees, FSG and Pep liinders we come back to Juergen and the players. The “blip” seems to be growing, no signs of improvement, same players injured and getting injured, hard to see how it will get better.

It’s worrying times mate. I think Nunez might be key to making top 4, he is getting so may opportunities every game. I just need to believe we will somehow get top 4.

We'll get top 4. We've been horrible but win yest we'd be 9 off top spot. Sure we aren't but you'd have to say w just one of Jota Diaz or Nunez on the pitch we'd have got the job done. Let's stay in touch before the WC then smash it in 2023.

I think we need some new blood. I think everyone knows that; including Klopp.
Is it a case of bringing in the right players or bringing in any players? Can we bring in the right players when we want? I don't think we can.
We did bring in any midfielder in the summer, we had to compromise and we end up with Arthur. Next summer, we might bring in a top drawer midfielder because we had to wait for the right player at the right time.
It's frustrating watching us struggle with what we have but no one will be working harder than Klopp to put things right.
He's earned the need to be patient, imo.

We’ve gone from heavy metal football to heavy legged.

I for one am looking forward to the World Cup break. Gives the squad and management a massive opportunity to regroup and reassess.

My biggest worry now is qualifying for the next round of the CL. At the moment it looks extremely rosy but if Ajax beat us on wed we have to get something at home to Napoli who tore us apart last game whilst Ajax have a banker against Rangers.

We say things can’t get worse after losing to Forest but the next 10 days could make or break our season.

The only making and breaking needed jk is Make you have faith and break all this stupid over reacting to every little setback when people can see we struggling with injuries We will get past Ajax we will definitely make the semi’s and we finish top 2 in league. So There stop worrying.

After the WC because that's when we get Jota and Diaz back plus get the rest of the squad fit and rested. Not many of our players are going to the WC.

Scouse John I hope you’re right. I’ll always have faith in my team and i've attended Anfield twice In the last week to cheer the lads on from the stands and I will continue to do so this season every opportunity I get regardless of where we are in the league. And on the days I can’t attend games I’ll continue to spend money on overpriced Sky and BT packages to watch the team.

Not winning a single away league game this season might be ok for some and it might be an overreaction for others. But I very much doubt Klopp and the players will be happy with how the season is going so far.

I, too, think the World Cup may make a difference. But only to the mindset of our players. Something that needs to be addressed. Those who are playing there could get sharper (if they manage to escape any serious injuries), and those who are not, can stay at home and watch the roses grow or sort their brains out - they choose. I think the club will try for a midfielder, but even if they succeed, I don't expect it to be a season changing thing. It's the core senior players who need to step one or two levels, and regain what seems to have gone. It's the least they could do given the trust the club showed last year, when giving them new fat contracts. ?.

Don’t spend money on Sky and BT mate, there is no need. I used to spend £100 a month now I spend £60 a year and I get every match possible.

Good odds for top 2 but it’s highly doubtful even though we are up against some poor sides. Top 2 is not what we wanted but we would all settle for that now.

Box of weetabix, he’s so full of beans he actually thinks we will be in top come end of the season! Lol.

Our worse start to a season for 10 years and yet we're 5points off top 4 with a game in hand ?

I get the frustration but the mass hysteria is comical af!

Bet you have all posted videos on social media showing you singing allez allez allez with a big group of fans either at a game or a pub etc.

"We are loyal supporters. "

Unless you're out of form or playing badly and struggling for confidence then we will just slag off all players coaches etc etc etc .
Fkin laughable.

The press has gone because the legs have gone. The team has been left to get too old for the style of football we used to play. Either we change tactics or add more players.

We were in a worse position two seasons ago and made top four. Last season was pretty good; for most of us anyway.
We are poor, currently, but it might not last. Form, like feelings, can change so quickly.
We've got a manager that can change things. We've got a manager that has won us the League, the CL, the FA Cup and the League Cup.
We've been in worse situations, so let him do his job, get behind him and be thankful that he is here.
