If Zaha had been more accurate then Karius could have made a great save. I thought Karius was excellent at the weekend, one of our best players.

If he had come out half a second sooner, he would have had a boot in his face and Zaha would have seen red. It actually wasn’t that different to Mane/ Edinson (? ), apart from Zaha didn’t make contact.

cant say i disagree with Ron there, too many times have i seen mignolet caught in two minds, if your going for it, go for it, if your not then have a plan.

he went out because he thought he'd get to it first. on another day it couldev been a good save.

I agree Salah. We need to be careful always picking at our keepers. The media do enough of that for us!
It was a mistake but not a glaring one. A glaring one would be lloris coming out for a cross and completely missing it for Morata to nod into an empty net but because it’s Hugo Lloris not too much is said.
Karius is doing really well I’ve been impressed with him.

Spot on, boys. Karius' mistake is NOT a mistake. He made a judgement call and went in full pelt. I'd rather that than a GK who is always caught in two minds and does neither. Apart from that, Karius had a very good game and had it not been for him, the pen would have gotten us 2 down. Let's remember that.
