Although many fans would like a new keeper, we're there actually any available we could have actually gone for. Cech wanted CL and was happy in London, most other keepers mentioned also wanted CL so surely Migs was the best choice and hopefully he keeps his form up

Begovic? Trapp? Casilla? Neto? They don't have to be WC, just slighty better than Mignolet. The competition would bring out the best in at least one of them. Bogdan, as a championship keeper, will probably be delighted to be with a club of this size and will be perfectly happy to sit on the bench.

Chelsea - Cortois
Spurs - Lloris
City - Hart

And we have Mignolet
Its not even like we have a strong defence to help out.

I'm sure there were plenty of younger keepers we could have gotten though, I know one of the Eds mentioned Trapp a while back, at least I think? Leno could be an option?

Don't understand why you lot and the eds too aren't happy with the signing of bogdan. as a bolton based lfc fan I think I have more viewing time of the lad and I'll tell you this. mig better watch his no1 jersey because he won't have it for long. Bogdan can command his area and defence,just as good a shot stopper and mostly can distribute a ball. Mignolets distribution is the worst I've seen from a keeper. I give it a maximum of 2 months before bogdan is first choice. No doubt you'll disagree but then you probably never seen him play except from the game in cup last season against us

{Ed030's Note - I highly doubt it, from what I've seen of Bogdan he is country miles away from being premier league quality. Mignolet is not the best but he is certainly better than Bogdan. }
