I'll be locked back in to the SPL next season. It should be interesting seeing the Old Firm with rival managers with past links to Liverpool. I think Beale wil do him and I'd love to see him work up a profile over the next few years to be in the conversation to succeed Klopp eventually.

Being Scottish and living up in the north east I see Scottish football live every week.

Problem Beale will have isn’t Rodger’s it’s his team. Even if Rodger’s sells a few players he will get a healthy budget to play with rangers don’t have celtics funds.

The only way rangers catch Celtic over next few seasons is if Beale does a Klopp and gets the best out his players consitantly. There is no other team in Scotland that will challenge the old firm but rangers are still a bit off Celtic.

Well, that's the idea. If Beale can overcome Celtic with limited resource he'll be in exactly the same position as Klopp.

The problem is Beale isn’t Klopp though and rangers are horribly inconsistent last year under Beale they were not great.

A certain Steven Gerrard turned Rangers round a few years ago.
Not only is he not compared to Klopp, common consensus on here is that he's a crap manager.
Go figure.

That's true ed, pretty sure things feel apart for Gerrard when he was separated from Beale.

I think it will be a close run thing this season. Rodgers will have to get a tune out of the Asian players at Celtic, something Ange had experience of, and if rangers get it right in the transfer market, it'll be a tighter race. Killie might even sneak the title on the last day!

Kloppthekop the thing is mate the record books will only ever show that Rangers won the trophy regardless of any outside factors anyone believes.

Loads of mates who are fans of other teams have tried telling me we only won the league a few seasons ago because City had an off season but I tell them it doesn’t matter what they say or think, because the record books will not be changed and we will forever be Premier League Champions that year.
