Ed, This must be the quietest transfer window I can ever remember. Is there a specific reason for it do you think, or is it that clubs haven't got the money to splash the cash. Has FFP got anything to do with it.

The PL have shown they’re taking things more seriously now - see Everton - so I’d suggest clubs are taking things a tad more seriously.

Young players coming through has saved us having to do anything, which is great. Bradley and Quansah are priceless. And not forgetting the performances of Gomes at left back.
