He's really great. I really think we should sign him or Rabiot. Both really physical and dominant in the air. Both bang in their prime years too at 28 and capable of scoring around 10 goals a season when given license to go forward.

Our midfield lacked power last season. Got rolled over far too easily and bullied at times. Hendo used to ensure we never got bullied, but his legs are gone. So we need that 6ft plus midfield aggressor to smash the opposition when needed whilst contributing going forward like Hendo used to.

I don’t think either Rabiot or Savic fit the bill of an LFC signing to be honest. We tend to go for players no older than 25 as they approach their prime years, not already in them. That said I wouldn’t be against having those two provide some much needed immediate quality, grit and power to our midfield whilst the likes of Jones, Elliot Bjacetic and maybe Morgan continue to develop.

I really hope with get an athletic DM this transfer season and not just AMs that also play DM from time to time. Savic is good but my eye would be on others.
