Im an infrequent poster on here, but have been an avid reader for many years.
A little over a year ago my cousin Emilia, a proud scouser, sadly passed away from metastatic melanoma (skin cancer), aged just 28.
In her memory I'm trying to raise money for the wonderful Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, who provided incredible care to her and support to our family during such a tough time.
To do this I've set myself the daft challenge of running from my home in Chester to Anglesey, North Wales, a distance of 84 miles, over 3 days. Basically a marathon and a bit, for 3 days in a row.
If anyone on here is in a position to be able to donate here anything at all, no matter the amount, I would be incredibly grateful.

Thank you.

No problem whatsoever with donating to this worthy cause, RC. The staff at the Clatterbridge at Aintree (based at none other than the Marina Dalglish Centre, funded by the King's wife's charity) in 2022 nursed my Mum through cancer. She was given the all clear just before Christmas. At the most intensive period of treatment I came back from Canada to live with her for three months. During this period a friend gave me his ticket for the City game at Anfield which we won 1-0. I've never experienced an atmosphere like it. Anyway, I digress. So sorry for your loss, and all the very best with your three marathons. I've done one before, and never run since! You'll need it! Good luck.

Absolutely blown away by people's generosity, from the bottom of my heart thank you so much.
That people would do that for someone they don't know and have never met is staggering. Seriously, thank you.
And fantastic news about your mum Stoneage, delighted to hear she's had the all clear mate.
