With the news Keita is injured again it has made me think. Either a) he is not actually injured and just wants to get through to Janurary without playing so he can be sold, or b) if these injuries keep happening, and they are " muscle injuries " as were are told why can't they be picked up before hand. And by that I mean if a player who is constantly injured with these muscle problems, before they develop or are developing can they be seen before it happens.

If a player like Keita were to have his whole leg scanned with a CT for example could these potential issues show up . It just seems crazy they just happen and there's no way of seeing it before hand. If it is the case they are spontaneous with no warning signs then Keita will have to retire surely . As he will be forever injured.

{Ed001's Note - soft tissue injuries are usually down to a lack of fitness. In other words, he is probably not working hard enough in training or his lifestyle is wrong. Or both.}

Probably both Ed, although it's obvious that something isn't right.

It reminds me of Nathanial Clyne in that he was peripheral for a while and then suddenly always injured and never close to featuring one klopps plans nor wanted.

He also (although I could be wrong) had a poor attitude when it came to training and consistently above and beyond. Equally liked a night out over career focus. Keita seems to be heading down the same path….

Lets hope he is pulling a coutihno (saving himself for a transfer) and some teams comes and gives us crazy $$$$$. Okay so there is likely little we can get but to get him out, save on wages, and bring in someone who gives a damn is a win.

He is unfit cos he does a wretched job of taking care of himself. Salah plays every game fir as can be cos he’s an absolute gym rat who takes very good care of himself and there are many players older than Naby who are way fitter than he is. Grade A flop, for real.

What a massive flop he has turned out to be. Such a shame as the talent is there. Sooner he is gone the better.

Keitas issue is his back is gone from picking up his wage slips.
