Klopp, as one of top managers in world football, could have gone to teams with bigger budgets.

Did Klopp come to Liverpool fully understanding the financial restrictions and the fact we won't be going out and buying the likes if Pogba etc?

I would really love to know where fans get this idea that we don't spend money. We are always one of the top spending clubs. Okay we have pulled off a few big sales to balance these but every club is the same. And not going out and buying Pogba. Well he would not have many options if he was to go to a club that could buy him.
