Firmino vs depay.
Which club got value for money??

I genuinely believe firmino as it stands. Certainly for Liverpool he was a better buy as we didn't need another player who in my opinion will struggle this season in the prem for a number of reasons. Firmino has much more first team football and at a much higher level. So overall I would say firmino for this season but potentially depay long term as he does have a lot of quality in him

Won't really kmow until the seasons' end. Firmino arguably Been playing in a better league and has already played away from his home league so perhaps could adopt slightly easier. De pay is meant to have a pretty bad attitude ( read that somewhere - it could be wrong) I'm happier with Firmino for that reason.

Both the clubs paid over the odds for the player IMO. both are very good players.

Erm, kinda difficult to judge before either has played at least a few competitive games for their new clubs!!

Unless you want to compare the fees paid to Transfermarkt values?!

Firmino. Easy. Depay hasn't proved himself at the top level yet. Firmino has 4 goals in 9 games for Brazil.

I could be mistaken but I am sure I have seen it said here that we paid and offered way more for Firmino than other clubs did. How can that be value for money?

I'm honestly scared of Depay, scared of him being succesful at MU. He seems like a freaking beast, I was shocked when I saw him play for the Netherlands at the World Cup, he was amazing. Some say he's the next Robben, but some guy said he's the next Ronaldo, and I agree. His style of play is way more physical then Robben, really similar to Ronaldo. I just don't want him to achieve his potential at MU, let him go to Real so he spares us!

Depay looks an excellent signing. Firmino looks a great signing too. Hopefully Firmino will settle and will be better but I expect Depay to be very good for MU as well.

If I'm stuck in a desert for two weeks by the end of it I'd be willing to chop off an arm for a bottle of water doesn't mean it's good value for money.
