The club is being very clever. We haven't accused anyone of anything. Just that we want transparency. It's a brilliant move by the club as we have been the wrong end of a lot of 50/ 50 or worse calls (PGMOL have already admitted to two) in just half a dozen games which is highly unusual. Now the whole world and their dog will be analysing every call against Liverpool and therefore a lot harder for the refs and var to make anything other than 100% correct big decisions against us or they know it won't be just us asking difficult questions.

A lot of criticism for the club and the statement they put out but I really don’t see why people are criticising the club . I agree 1jj it’s very clever them words can mean whatever you want them too so for me they have been clever and it has got people wanting to know what went on in the var room . Var look like their running out of places to hide now and their deceit in games will catch up with them . Human errors occur 110% but some errors are not accidental.

I think this PGMOL shambles has consequences beyond last Saturday's game. The significant human error was so significantly extraordinary and combined with their trip to UAE, it sows seeds of doubt. Perception is everything. Releasing the audio should prove the officials were completely incompetent and not corrupt. Not releasing the audio leaves the seed to grow. I've already received emails and texts from Italian friends talkin about corruption within PL.

Well put, @1jj. @Dhfc, they are just haters who want us to go away and not complain, as if asking for clear transparency as to how this human error came about is now complaining and whining. The lack of open mindedness in parts of today's society is deafening, IMO.

Also, the majority of the fans complaining are from clubs who don't/ can't compete and don't win things hence, they cannot fathom the ramifications of what was done to LFC by these cheating VAR's on the night. So they cannot understand.

Like I said, their teams don't compete so they are ignorant of the effects this can have. I do not recall Spurs, Utd, Chelsea etc. being affected by the non handball on Rodri that helped hand City the title at Goodison.

Ever since one of the officials elbowed Andy robbo towards the end of last season they’ve been dreadful for us.

Barakdee - i personally do not think the UAE trip is much of an issue. A ref can be tired for a number of reason - such as a mid week european match - or even they could have a newborn baby and as such be operating on little sleep. As someone who regularly travels for work, if you are in business class it is quite easy to get the red eye and go straight into the office and operate at a decent level - so i wouldn't put much weight to the argument that this was caused by a mid week trip to the UAE - this is just plain old incompetence.

Jezza in all my near 40 years of watching football as a whole, I have till this day NEVER seen an official physically assault a player on the pitch like that.

I hate to say it, but I think it really got worse when Klopps relationship got really bad with the refs. He might have been understandably annoyed at the time, but he became the poster child for ref abuse in the media last season and I don’t think that’s helped at all.

It’s not his fault the PGMOL is so inept, but still, if we’re objective he did step over the line.

SGRed, Pep and Arteta and even Ryan Mason stepped over the lines multiple times last season and nothing was done to them so I ain't buying that. Also, we can agree that Klopp that Klopp overstepped with the way he put his point across. That does NOT remove from the fact that what he said was true and certain refs were screwing us over with decisions they were making.

In the Spurs game at Anfield last season, Tierney and the VAR saw Skipp almost snap Diaz's ankle in half and nothing was done. Salah was being fouled by Davies and Davies gets the foul. Keep in mind that 2 seasons ago at Spurs, this same Tierney could have snet of Kane wor endangering RObbo's safety and would have broken Robbo's ankle had he not jumped while in the same game, he refused to give us a pen when Jota was blatantly shoved in the back, saying that Jota slowed down his run hence, no pen.

Seriously, what do we want from Klopp? He's a human after all and neither you nor I would not stand for such nonsense.
