In a very tribal game, I understand the desire to move on and how easy it is to fall back on the well scripted refrain: "always the victim. " But if you've missed out on winning the league by one point two times in the last seven or so years, I can understand why a blatant error like this cannot and should not be taken as trivial. This is not another random subjective call. This is a blatant chalking off of a legitimate goal. It might be a huge but honest error, but my goodness, an important line in football integrity and ultimate deference to the refs was crossed there. In Medicine, it is beneficence; it is the idea that you never should do any wrong. When an official of the game decides the destiny of a game like it happened last weekend, it is only fair that we allow some uncomfortable conversations that could drive change happen subsequently. Anything short of that is travesty.
My two cents. Walk on. YNWA.

Yep we should be top of the league w arguably the toughest start of any PL team. Spurts Chelsea and Newcastle away. But again I would argue no VAR wouldn't have made the outcome to the goal different but we would have finished the game with 11 on the pitch and a 2 or 3 goal win imo.

People are now starting to dig deeper into this. As another example the hardest game in the PL is 12.30 after the international break and especially difficult for us as we have the most players in South America. How can it be fair that we have had double the amount of games at 12.30 after the internationals. Guess who is 12.30 after the next international?

To get the true winner you need everything to be fair.

Don't we get the 12.30 because we are on TNT? Don't Sky and TNT take turns in deciding who they televise?

I read somewhere that the 12.30 game v Everton is our 14th 12.30 game (not sure over what period) where, in the same time period, the next highest club has played 6.

Do we put our hands up for this 12.30 slot because it brings in more tv revenue or are we being made to play more than twice as many 12.30 Sat games than any other club?

We don't choose when we are on TV. I think Sky and TNT take it in turns having first dibs of games.
Sky might choose Arsenal v City for their primetime Sunday game this weekend and TNT might choose the derby a fortnight later.
