This is very simple Werner I assume wanted guarantees of first team football which Klopp could not guarantee. So he would have to fight his place plus he wanted massive wages so Liverpool were not so keen anymore. Chelsea could pay the wages and he would be a starter with them so it was a no brainer for Werner.

Werner imo they wanted to get cheaper but Rb Leipzig weren't budging on their valuation and then came Chelsea like a vulture. I love me some Firmino but think eventually Werner would displace him from the front three as he'd score more goal even though he doesn't do the same work Firmino does. Just my thoughts I maybe wrong but it's still my opinion till I know facts or otherwise.
