Looking at those fixtures, especially the CL group, you’d want Fabinho up and running by then I think?
Having said that, Gini is an absolutely great squad filler. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the guy is worth his weight in gold to Klopp.

We will need massive help from Moreno, Mignolet, Lallana and Sturridge if we were to progress both in the league and CL (assuming her rest a few players) . I don’t see goals in that list not I can see any defensive solidarity from them.
Let’s hope for the best. League is the priority for me.

I’m pretty sure we can cope with injuries.
It’s why we have a squad of players after all.
Only 11 can play at one time.

Perception, you have a strange sense of perception.
Mignolet doesn’t have to play - goalkeepers don’t need the same level of rest outfield players do. We also have Shaqiri, Henderson, Clyne, etc who are decent squad fillers. I am not too worried - just hope we don’t get any major injuries during the international break.

Alisson might need some rest in between. We don’t know yet. and Mignolet is our only back up. I do expect Robertson to get some time off forcing us to play Moreno. No problem with Clyne. He doesn’t excite me one bit so not disappointed if he is on the pitch. Sturridge needs to remain fit. again that’s in Gods hands! Hendo will play a part as well as shaqiri. And that’s all we have to depend up on. Which squad depth are you talking. Don’t tell me Solanke and Origi will do a job Coz both are available for a transfer. We will need our front 3 to score consistently over the next two months. Fabinho is still adapting to our high style which means Wijnaldum is playing the holding role and that is one player we expect to score a few.

We have a pretty good squad but realistically we would need our key players Allison, VVD and the front 3 playing in all the big games (PSG, Napoli, Spurs, Chelsea and City) If we are to win them. For the Saints and LC game we could afford to rest some or possibly all of them. For me the interesting part will be who else plays in the big games. Who will partner VVD and what is Klopps first choice midfield for the big games.
