. I dunno what to feel about Karius. on one side I want him gone. after those mistakes. in final of ucl no less. but we r Liverpool. we will be with him. he needs us. we will be there with him. Liverpool forever. support Karius all. please. ed01 what do you feel?

{Ed001's Note - I have said all along we either buy a top class keeper or we stand by him. He made mistakes but that can happen, no point replacing him unless the keeper is a step better.}

Spot on ed, no point spending the reported 40mil on butland who doesn't change anything.

Lets spend whatever it takes for a world class keeper and move forward.

Maybe I'm still reeling from the game but I just don't see a way back for Karius. I've been supporting him all season and now I just feel stupid. The 1st goal was a mistake that anyone could make but the third goal was a unbelievable mistake for a professional goalkeeper to make. The thing is I really like Karius and his style of goalkeeping, with him being a sweeper and quick off his line. However, this is the final straw for me, if i was Klopp I wouldn't trust him again't.

Maybe I'll sleep on it and feel different but right now I feel like we should do everything to sign a quality goalkeeper. For me they don't even need to be top class, just someone who would not give goals away like Karius did today.

I am absolutely happy to stand by him. He had a mixed day. Some very good keeping and excellent saves and a couple of mistakes. Still believe midfield and some quality depth is more important than a new keeper.
