Hi all just a question for ed01 how do you like the look of the squad at the moment in regards to who we have brought in. I'm happy with the signings and think it's important to trim the squad down
Not bothered about not getting zelinksi as we have so many midfielders, depends who goes looks like Allen and Lucas most likely
I would like to see a left back. Interest seems to have cooled on chillwell. I just wonder how moreno will improve with a season under klopp, he was highly thought of when he arrived with a lot of promise.
{Ed001's Note - difficult to say, as I have not seen enough of the noobs to judge them, but I trust Klopp to have made the right choices. I am happy with things so far, only a left back needed for me.}

Just curious Ed, why is Flanno not being looked to at LB as a potential solution? I'm not sure he's 100% yet but he did a fantastic job here in 13/ 14 while at RB we have a few other options to back up Clyne in Randall, or perhaps even Wisdom who can also backup CB until Gomez/ Sakho return.

One thing is for sure, Flanno wouldn't cut it at first choice right back. His overlapping of the winger in attack is non existent - a key component in Klopps preferred setup. In reality he's a back up - we'd need to replace Clyne.

Because despite being almost ever present last season, Clyne seems to have some issues which I don't think the Eds have clarified (or I've missed that bit) . I dislike whingers, hope it's either not true or he b*ggers off if he's not happy.

We need a top top midfielder, anyone who says we don't hasn't got a clue. Soon as Hendo gets injured and one of the kids has to play against the top teams in the league it will be the same as against Sevilla. I don't know why fans look past the glaring lack of real quality we have in centre midfield. An area where games are won and lost.

You idiots thinking that will be better will be getting exactly what you asked for and it won't be pretty.
Clyne plays week in week out and does a solid if bit spectacular job.
