If UEFA have not extended Sakho's current ban and allow him to continue with every day football then surely they will not go ahead with a further ban?

The story I read was saying the substance they found flagged on the test he took but wasn't on eufa's banned list hence he facing no charge, but they will look to add it. Tbh it sound suspicious but does this legal high drug thing come to anybody else's mind? When the authorities find and ban a drug for what ever purpose they alter the drug so it is unethical but no longer illegal to use?
