It will be interesting to see if Hendo remains club captain under the new manager?

No manager's going to disrupt the dressing room by changing captains for the sake of it, so someone other than Hendo would have to establish themselves as a very strong, inspiring presence in the dressing room & on the pitch. And even then the manager would probably leave Hendo as captain unless the other guy is streets ahead of him.

I don't really see anyone in our current squad doing that. Very small possibility that Sakho might if his own form improves ("BR can't coach defenders" is no longer an applicable excuse), but very small.

IF It's Klopp. It's still not his side. It'll stay as Hendo until Klopp works his magic and brings world class players to our club. Then you'll see a proper captain who leads

Rafa didn't strip SG of the captaincy when he came to us so don't know why Hendo being captain will be a prob. If anything, he's going to need Hendo more than ever in the outset because he will be Klopp's mouthpiece on the field
