Hey eds 01 just want your opinion on this.
How do u think illori will fare as a CDM(in case lucas and can are absent)?
In the little I ve seen of him,he seems to me to be a great fit at cdm. quick, a good passing range,good defensive abilities and perhaps lacks only a bit of physicality. but that too would be more of a problem at cb rather than at cdm.

Your opinion will.be much appreciated

{Ed001's Note - I don't see the point in trying him there when we already have very accomplished ones in the U21s that deserve a shot. Play him at centre back where he belongs and can provide a good base to play out from the back.}

DM is one of the most mentally demanding positions which is why there aren't many good ones about. Ilori might have the base skills but he certainly doesn't have the footballing brain for it, at least not yet, it would be a disaster to play him there.
