Klopp has decided to not let Ben Woodburn go out on loan this window. Sunderland were one of the sides keen on signing him as Coleman is a huge fan.

Would have loaned him to Sunderland. Would have been really good for him I believe.

Sunderland is a terrible place for him to go at the minute i think.

Not sure a championship relegation scrap would have been good for Ben. Especially at a club that can become toxic quite quickly.

Whilst I agree that a loan is probably still best for him at this stage, I honestly think he can do a lot better than Sunderland. Kent and Grujic have joined Bristol and Cardiff - 2nd and 3rd placed teams in the championship I believe. Woodburn should be looking for similar, not a team that's on its way down. Just my opinion.

Doubt Woodburn will be going to Sunderland, I seem to recall Coleman and Klopp having exchange about how much Wales should be using him, with Coleman telling Klopp to get lost pretty much, something tells me Klopp remembers that and won't be keen to help him.
