Just seen a pic of milner training while on the tour with the club, for a guy whos 34 he looks as fit as a butcher dog, an absolute machine. So glad we snapped him up.

He's topped the fitness tests every one of his 5 pre seasons with us. At 34 to still maintain those levels is amazingly impressive especially with his career starting at 16 17 playing regularly since. A top top professional.
