Met Mr Crouch a couple of years back and he is an absolute gem and really funny lad . I am 5 foot 6 so standing next to him was funny enough . he certainly emphasised the situation by bringing me a chair to stand on.

In 2007 they went go karting before Barcelona game in QF, crouchs brakes failed and with Alonso and kuyt infront of him he had to choose 1 to crash into, he said he picked kuyt to hit as Alonso was more important to the team, haha a proper funny bloke.

If you have not listened or watched his podcasts you are missing out, he is very good and gives amazing insights into life as a footballer. Love the one about him having to choose who to take out between Dirk and Xavi when his go kart brakes failed on him before the CL final.
