Is it true al qadashah and Bayern Munich have both made bids for van dijk? At 33 is now the time to move himln?

{Ed002's Note - Virgil van Dijk (CB) I am told that van Dijk's agents have said that had approaches from both Real Madrid and Barcelona. Real Madrid see VvD as a low cost solution in terms of transfer fee but need to make space in the wage structure. Barcelona offer an option but will need to agree sales first. Bayern Munich also made a general enquiry, but no more than that. At this point in time it will be very general enquiries only and I doubt either club will move for him. Suggestion that Al Qadsiah, who are a fairly minor side in Saudi Arabia and play in the equivalent of the Championship, are interested in him may be true, but I really can't see any chance of a move there. I am not aware of the reported interest of Borussia Dortmund being true. I would think that Liverpool might look to perhaps a two year extension - else they could be forced to listen to offers rather than have his contract run down.}

I think the extension is the way to go. Still a top player on his day and he's had a great season. Move him on the end of next season soonest.

33 at the start of next season, been good in about 50% of games this season. I’d sell him, we get too sentimental about players but he’s not going to get better now.
