Ed002, from your sources were we always going to bid for Caicedo this summer or did something change within the club this week that caused us to go in with such a high bid?
If something happened are you able to tell us what that was?

Eds according to your sources what is the reason that Chelsea are not launching the next bid? Is it the payment structure Liverpool offered that has to be matched or something else?
