Ed02 and brenda, precisely that's the reason owners have appointed klopp who is excellent in managing money. Besides there's huge TV money falling into coffers for all the PL clubs next year. Owners might not spend later if we have a decent squad already.
{Ed002's Note - Klopp has no fiscal responsibility whatsoever and as a coach he certainly was not appointed because he is "excellent in managing money". I assume you don't underswtand the concept of debt either.}
