Watching the Mo Salah documentary on Channel 4.great stuff. but why has James Pearce been mailed to the wall?!

1.) 22 May 2018 22:54:56
*mailed should read as nailed. bloody autocorrect!

This is what I posted back in August 2016:

"27 Aug 2016 13:06:15
I definitely see what's the Eds mean when they talk about Lallana

The amount of times he's been in a position to pass it to a teammate and he just dithers about having it nicked from him

So frustrating! "

Never been so happy to be proved wrong by how he's developed into one of our most important players :)

YNWA.

1.) 31 Dec 2016 19:47:05
You wasn't proved wrong as such, that's exactly how he was playing back then.
I wouldn't have been sad to see him go in the summer, thankfully Klopp saw what was wrong in his game (ed001 spotted it first though to be fair) and he managed to fix it.

2.) 31 Dec 2016 19:51:03
Those passes he is afforded now never used to be one, with Balotelli, Sterling, Benteke up front.
It helps he has workhorses with him and Firmino and Mane, as well as Henderson all making room for his passes. It's more about personnel than anything else for me. Never thought he had a problem moving the ball qickly when the option was availale, the problem was the option wasn't, at times he still takes several touches, he's just coming up against 2 or 3 on ones, because his team mates are moving into space.

I really do despair when it comes to our goalkeepers.

Karius is so lax when he comes out for the ball

That should never have been a goal.

1.) 22 Oct 2016 19:23:01
Migs scares me less to be perfectly honest.

While they both have faults I rate migs higher.

2.) 22 Oct 2016 19:35:08
2 comedy posts of the year.

3.) 22 Oct 2016 19:38:11
When Karius signed, one of the eds (not 1 or 2) said that he would take time to settle and that he WOULD make mistakes. Evidently a man/ woman who knew what they were talking about. Fortunately the mistakes aren't costing us points, they may do in the future but that's the way it goes.
Give him some time guys.

4.) 22 Oct 2016 20:05:39
Can't some of you just give the lad some time,

De Gea was weak in the air when he first arrived but Fergie stuck by him and said he would be top class. Maybe we should stick by ours and if he gets anywhere near De Gea'a current level, we'll have a top GK.

Let's back our players and help build his confidence

Keep the faith! YNWA!

5.) 22 Oct 2016 20:06:04
Spot on, Sid. Both post make no sense. Karius had a solid game bar being caught under the ball once which he has to work on but his distribution is top class. The goal was not his fault nor was it anyone's fault. It was off a ricochet and they score. Karius will get his chances as Klopp has said so his detractors need to get over it and themselves because Klopp has confidence in him.

6.) 22 Oct 2016 20:36:54
lol already calling him when he has barely began it's actually quite pathetic, give the lad time, mistakes happen, he's young, how does he improve if he's sat on the bench? he needs game time. I hope he's on every single game. The most important thing is support from the fans.

7.) 22 Oct 2016 23:42:58
The only thing Mingolet have proved since he signed, is that he will not improve. He have been costing us goals and points for years now and he had premier league experience when we signed him. Karius is younger, does a lot of things better than Mignolet already, while trying to adabt to the league and he is just getting started. Why anybody would drop him to the bench for Mignolet is beyond me. Slating him is nothing less than outrageous. He needs the season! Atleast his mistakes isn't costing us points at the moment.

8.) 23 Oct 2016 03:37:52
Ive yet to see anything from Karius to suggest he is an upgrade on Migs. I am hoping he will improve with time but so far he hasn't produced. c'mon Karius, prove me wrong please.

Think Mane should be coming off fairly sharpish.

I'd prefer Klopp to sub him rather than Bobby Madely to give him a second yellow!

1.) 27 Aug 2016 16:39:37
Mane is the only danger we posed so far. We have no pace bar Mane and we'll look extraordinary without him,

2.) 28 Aug 2016 00:23:01
Please note that my initial post was made literally after Mane made that rash challenge early in the second half.

1.) 27 Aug 2016 13:23:35
Was about to say the same mate! So frustrating how many touches does he need! Then his final ball is atrocious, think he may need to be taken off soon going to cost us a goal.

2.) 27 Aug 2016 13:26:58
It is annoying because he often finds good space but it's like the game goes into slow motion when he gets the ball.

3.) 27 Aug 2016 13:34:56
He is guilty of slowing down some counter attacks due to the slowness of his play; not playing too badly but I'd prefer Stewart in there myself.

4.) 27 Aug 2016 14:29:25
Anyone else in that position near the end would have dummied the tackle from alderweireld and been left one on one with the keeper. Lallana decided to take a touch and was blocked, U could see the frustration on firmino hitting the ground. Iv said it before he is a weak link in an otherwise decent attack.

No matter how many times I've read this post today, I keep misreading "Pulisic" as "Pulls". 😑😑😑.

I think it's the curse of them damn Nivea ads!

First Skrtel goes and now there are question marks over the futures of Couts and Lallana.

Slight slip of the keyboard here by ed001?

"Ed002 would know better but **he** is traveling so I can't ask **her** right now"

Most confusing reference ever made to an ed's gender - made my day!

I have to agree. are a massive club that have unfortunately fallen by the wayside.

Remember watching MOTD growing up and Elland Road had an aura about it

Still remember the mass outpouring of grief among LUFC fans when they were relegated.

Liverpool boss Klopp was asked for his opinion on how many teams can still win the title, to which he offered a terse response.

‘I don’t care (how many teams can win the title) and I especially don’t care (if the Manchester teams have a chance. )
