Hi Eds

apologies if this has already been covered, though my suspected answer to this is too frustrating to believe, does the club have any intention whatsoever to sign a DM before the end of the window?

Cheers

{Ed001's Note - not by what you mean, no.}

Hi Eds,
if I am seeing articles from now on this topic, i'm sure it will get mentioned throughout the transfer window. the daily star is writing that Liverpool will break their transfer record to sign ross barkley for 38 million pounds? surely this is unfeasible as everton would not sell their most talented player at the best period in the club's recent history, let alone to their most bitter rival. what are your thoughts eds?
cheers as always

{Ed002's Note - I know nothing of it.}

Hi Eds, great work as always. Amidst all the talk of a left winger, central midfielder and left back being priority, I cannot help but feel the best option for the midfield position would be radja nainngolan. he is tireless in his running and a dominant presence in midfield not to mention an impressive range of passing. could you please inform as to who is interested in him as I highly doubt Liverpool are? cheers

{Ed002's Note - Nainggolan has moved to Roma on a loan to buy deal.}

hi eds, bar the derisory prospect of us loaning in victor moses (i shudder just writing that) do you foresee any other attacking signings by the end of the window? thanks as always {Ed001's Note - we are only, from what I can find out, looking for one more forward option, to play on the left side of the attack. Along with a centre back, that is the priority. Unless somebody is offered out of the blue, it is highly unlikely, improbable even, that anyone else would come in, other than maybe some kids for the academy.}

hi eds, excellent work as usual in such a divisive time in the transfer market for supporters. My question is what, at present, is the likelihood of us signing luis muriel? Thanks {Ed002's Note - Nothing has changed, I still would not expect Muriel at Liverpool next season.}

Hi Eds

keep up the brilliant work.
Mt question is, with a top 4 finish out of the question now, do you expect FSG to sack Rodgers come the summer?

So it seems, ridiculously yet unsurprisingly, that there has been no retrospective ban for ramires?

what's the probability of signing lamela eds? cheers {Ed002's Note - I would not hold your breath.}

Hi Eds, I know it was previously stated that two more signings were expected before the end of the window (in addition to cissokho), is this still the expectancy? and who is looking most likely to sign at this moment? cheers guys {Ed002's Note - I have said one or two more will likely arrive and I will stick with that. I cannot say "most" likely but I have shared what I know about interest in players, such as Ilori. I have also speculated on a player or two.}

Hi Eds, with the cissokho signing all but a formality, do you expect the possible addition of willian to mark the conclusion of Liverpools transfer activity? Love the site, cheers {Ed030's Note - I think and hope there will be at least 2 more signings. }

ed001, by this do you mean we will not secure be able to secure as many as 3 of the aforementioned 4 players, or that of those 4 names, there are three who you do not believe will join specifically e.g. firmino bacca and clyne ?
I hope this question isn't convoluted
Kind Regards

{Ed001's Note - sorry I should have explained better, he was saying either/or regarding Bacca and Firmino, which is why I said about 3 of the 4. We never buy players I like, so that means the only one who is likely is Clyne, who I don't think would suit us, and we have not upped our offer on him yet, so he is not that likely either as things stand. Hopefully Inter end up having to sell Kovacic to fund their rebuild, but I wouldn't hold your breath on that as they will do anything to avoid dealing with us right now.}

Eds
i just want to say thank you so much for being as candid as you have been on this thread. I have genuinely always been perplexed as to what that imperceptible and intangible factor has always been that has seemed to make transfer dealings regarding this club so much more strained and tenuous than, seemingly, what occurs with other clubs.
