Greetings fellow reds. As you probably already know BT are live streaming tomorrow's game for free on YouTube. com/ btsport. I have Sky sports but not subscribed to Btsports I always watched the games on iPad through the app Universal HDTV. Today I noticed on the Sky TV guide on BT sports program guide the match is advertised as FREEVIEW does anybody know if we can watch free through a Sky box?

Come on you Reds. YNWA.

{Ed002's Note - The channels, enabled or not, should be there.}

I'm not very technically minded. But the footy is on Freeview Channel 59.
I've been told it's not available on the Sky platform. But if you've got Freeview built into your TV, you can tune into it via a normal TV aerial.
i. e. change the Input from HDMI to Antenna and manually tune in the Freeview channel .
Dont take my word for it though. just what I've been told.

Or switch sky off and watch through DTV option.

Thanks for the replies guys. I was just curious having seen it listed as Freeview on BTsports on the Sky platform as to whether it was being screened through Sky. I know in the past Sky have done free weekends and screened live games on Sky1. I will check my freeview is tuned in ready anyway.

Morning fellow Reds & Eds,

I may be wrong and it matters not now anyway. But on Martial's goal yesterday was Fellaini not in an offside position under the new rules? He was ahead of the last defender running in towards Migs as the shot was made although not really interfering with play, that does not come into play now - was he offside?

There was so much made of Coutts on Bentekes goal against Bournmouth although he made a play for the ball it was said that didn't matter as he was in an offside position and any player interfering or not would be called offside.

I know we got the luck then but so much was made of it but when it's Martial's debut goal and its Man Utd not a word.

BTW - when we going to get a proper manager? Wasted money in transfer market, bad tactics, players playing out of position its rolling on from one season to the next in fact the performances are getting worse. - I can't see us above mid table this year with Rogers. When he came in he sold Andy Carroll saying he did not fit into his style of play - this year he spends £32m on Benteke a similar player to Carroll so how does he fit in when Carroll didn't.

I think you misunderstood. Benteke was not bought to fit in his style or change to a new style.

A big powerful physical monster up front who could hold the ball well and physically surrender the opposition CB, Who could also shoot from distance and has a good goal scoring records.

We were never going to change the style.

Personally I thought Benteke was very poor yesterday and as a footballer I think he's always very poor
Strange that Rodgers absolutely didn't want a player like Carroll then goes and spends fortunes on one

Then why,when his backroom staff were sacked, did Rogers say we are going in a different direction. We are going in a different direction alright, downwards

I can see what is going to happen here, 25th anniversary of Hillsborough it is written in the stars we will draw Nottingham Forest in the Semi Final like 1989!

What if we were to test Arsenal and take the £40m + Wilshire, I think could be a decent deal as he could eventually be Stevies replacement like I recon he will in the England set up. Don't think Wenger would want to part with one of his Crown Jewels to a rival club so why should we sell the crying a**e to Arsenal or any EPL team for that matter - sell him abroad and good riddance! {Ed030's Note - Wilshere is a very good player and he would be valued around£30 million and he has injury problems,Arsenal will not offer a package in the region of £70 million pounds. }

Hi Eds, what do you reckon of the chances we may go back in to resign Torres with the Suarez money? Would probably get him at good price with cash left for other options. Proved himself with us b4 could do it again linking up with Stevie and also now with Coutinho?
Also gutted Jonjo maybe going, had big hopes for him, thought he could have been developed to eventually step into Stevies boots. Big mistake to let him go IMO. Should let Joe Allan instead jury's out on him for me.

We have enough issues with keeping our own squad fit and free from injury without paying £40m for a player who is prone to picking up injuries.

Reports are now being reported LFC are again being investigated for "tapping up" Steve McNulty prior to deal being agreed with Tranmere.
