Anybody seen the comments on sky about what purslow has said about keeping klopp happy?
The guy has lost his marbles by saying there is not a top 6 there is a top 3 and a 3 with city, United and Chelsea then lfc, arseal and spurs and that we need to shop at harrods like United have done in getting pogba, lukaku and mikytarian.
I'm sorry but we have a better team then them we play the better football they are just fortunate they have the best keeper in the world (in my opinion)
I would say city are the best then come the other 5.

He made a reasonable point about the spending power of the teams in the top six and what needed to be done to keep up. He also said Mourinho had no right to complain about spending as he had spent loads of money already on signings that many top clubs in Europe would have wanted.

He's a weirdo, his opinions are just that because they certainly aren't facts. I agree we do have a better team than United of course we do and will be even better once we get Keita in. He says we need to go to harrods and get players like that, well we have just signed VVD, Keita and Salah, them 3 are much better then pogba, lukaku and mikytarian so I don't know what he's giving it, not to mention Ox, who has impressed since joining, took him a while to settle and he looked rusty, now he looks great.
I see them losing De Gea in the summer, let's see how far they get without him, he's hard to replace. I think once they lose him they'll also lose Mourinho and it'll be back to the drawing board all over again.

Yes it would of been ideal for him to stay till the summer but he wants out!
I think we need to buy someone this month who can give us much of the same from couts.
Otherwise we will have to rely massively on sala, firmino and with mane having a up and down season we will have to pray they don't suffer injuries/ burn out.
I'm not saying panic buy but they must have a target even pay more and bring keita early.
If this don't happen we will still be a force in the league just have to tinker more with resting our fab 3 at the right time. YNWA.

Yes Coutinho is good but he's not worth that amount of money.
As Ed 01 has rightly pointed out this season, he hasn't done any defending and has been so selfish in the last third.
The brilliant thing about our team is that we are a TEAM.
Anyone who wants to play for themselves is only going to harm us.

Of all the solutions I like bringing in Lemar or accellerating Keita the best, hopefully one of those works.
Keita would really help in the long run as we’re short in the deeper roles with hendo injured, and it would probably benefit him a lot to settle in for 6 months ahead of next season when we lose Can.

The only player we need is VVD
We seen how our defence struggled last season and so far in this pre season, we should pay what the saints want and get ready for what would be a fantastic season with a very strong squad, couts ain't going anywhere he has said he wants to be remembered for a lfc legend and he comes across as a man of his word, I do feel the can situation may be a problem as if a team like juve come in can't see him saying no.

Agreed, VVD AND Matip would be an awesome pairing. Last midfielder needs to make life a bit harder for the opposition as well though.

If you had seen the ox playing in the Emirates cup he did exactly what I thought of him great at running at defenders and getting stuck in but end product nearly everytime was poor.

These positions are well covered but not with many real talent! Vvd would be our best defender we would have so it would be a an upgrade on the team and Keita though I haven't seen much of him would have the potential to be one of the best in our midfield, but my fear would be Do you think can maybe on his way? But with extra games we need a big squad so I'd be more than happy if we go and get Vvd and keita.
