So Southampton have a new manager. Ex Liverpool man. Smooth the waters Pelli. going to convince them we arenter a bunch of fools and are a lovely club. Give us VVD and retract the complaints. . ha if only.

I actually think so too. It's just the rest I'm more worried about and what will have to happen for us to get him. Ie basically paying Southampton to try earn some respect back, I know ironic, or the player forcing the move and Southampton realising our tapping up ended up in the same result with a simple face saving/ ban stopping apology in between.

Never rated VVD and have never wanted him here as he is overrated, a bit lazy, always out of position and lacksconcentration BUT if Klopp wants him then so be it.

Yes going on loan can be great but if he goes on loan to the championship next year he will have the exact same questions hanging over him of is he ready for the premier league. He will be another year older and us fans will likely be calling for another winger to be signed by then. Woodburn will probably stay and move further ahead of him in the pecking order too.

Ed2 almost certain I've read 100s of times on this about them both being right wingers and seen that we need to buy a left winger. were many asking why were we buying salah as he's a right winger just like mane.

Yeah ra he'd probably be an excellent buy for Everton hah
But no I like the idea of us buying him. He has got quality. He needs to show it a he'll of a lot more but sometimes a Fresh start and a move to a club with a different style of manager, play, and even fans can turn out to be a perfect fit.

Mane probably played on the right more due to the fact we had no other option for that position whilst coutinho is very good on the left. didn't Mane play on the left a lot for Southampton. We have 2 players capable of playing either wing. i don't see this need to label them to one single role. If they are good enough they can play many positions. The ball is still round, the goals are still the same size, the grass is still green.

I really don't see any reason for people to think Milner will play anywhere other than left back. He was one of the best in that position last year. (Granted most lbs are average enough) but also he should not and will not be let near our midfield. He will be left back now we didn't get our 1st choice target. With Robertson as a 2nd choice who gets plenty of games.

I just want klopp to pull a top quality Cb from some random German team. Doesn't he know some surely. I've hear the Germans are decent at defending.
I can't see us signing a right back. Clyne is moreally than capable there and TAA is probably our most exciting prospect. I expect him to get more games this year.

He's decent but I wouldn't be crying get out for him. Might go to. a. bigger club and be brilliant though cause he does sometimes look like he thinks he is too good for Stoke. Has a bit of an ego, will just have to wait and see if that a good thing like Ibra or a bad thing like Balo.

We do not have a good squad. It needs reinforced but we have first team quality to challenge. I'd think klopp would be hoping he can rely on a few more of the younger lads. And the likes of gomes and ings if we don't get the targets he is after.
