Chelsea fan posting in peace.
I've just read Emre Cans latest comments about playing for liverpool and what it means to get game time.
It's nice to see a player be so open and happy when speaking. He seems like he could become a really good player for you. It's nice to see that he seems down to Earth and is loving his life as a footballer and the respect and love he gets from the fans.
It'd he nice if more players had his enthusiasm and showed that they appreciate the support.

3.) So the Sterling bashing is really gathering pace I see.
I wonder how much of this would have been avoided if Rodgers had kept his mouth shut and just said "I don't talk about contract negotiations. Raheem is contracted to us for two seasons, I'm not worried about anything right now"
Similar to what one Mr Mourinho did a few weeks ago about Hazard. Who incidentally has just signed his new deal!

Yeah. He put the club and the player in a tight spot. It would seem like the club are not doing enough to tie their best players to longer contracts and also that the player is very shallow and plays for money. Well played Brendan.

Sterling isn't bright enough to hold the club to ransom. The person doing that is his agent who almost certainly was waiting to see what the TV bids amounted to. Now he knows how much money will be coming in from Sky, BT etc, expect him to harden his demands,

It's not often I post and first time posting on this page.
But the second part of the above post made me laugh
I understand you can dislike Costa and I dislike certain parts of his personality and how he acts, however how can you claim 2 prem titles in 3 years isn't successful? Yes he's not been the top scorer in the prem but his goals and all round contribution have helped Chelsea achieve what they have over the past 3 seasons.
