I feel a bit sorry for Keita. Desperate to impress and was in a game where the team couldn't get out for 60 minutes (which wasn't really his fault, his job was to join midfield to attack, not defence to midfield), and by the time we did start getting regular possession in the top third, he was very much in 'trying too hard' mode and did himself no favours.
He needs to worry less about catching the eye with his dribbling and more about moving the ball around effectively next chance he gets.
{Ed0333's Note - totally agree mate. There were a few occasions where he should of passed and not dribbled, the Moreno offside instance comes to mind. There were also numerous errant passes from him and losses of possession. He’ll get better I’m sure.

I was a little worried by him, he looks a little casual at times. Pitch did look bobbly as hell, but really he should be starting to find his feet. The first game he was good, but since then been a little dodgy. You’re right ed, he always takes the ball an extra yard or two, the pass to salah springs to mind too, late in the 2nd half.

Have watched last 2 un23 games and Matty Virtue looks very good, his runs into the box are bit like lampard and also has really good energy for box to box just thought I'd put it out there.

Fans Rralky talking about getting Rid If Klopp! After 1 game, He knows we still have defensive issues but he's wants certain players who are proving difficult as most teams are finding and unlike other seasons not just going to sign Simone for the sake of it, yes it wasn't the best of starts but the whole team was poor yesterday none of the midfield or forwards could pass or play a simple ball and constantly gave away possession there was no defending from the front! Get a grip 1 game and you want the manager out unreal.

Those saying that Klopp should be gone are just knee jerk reactors who are simply unable to be level headed in their utterances. Chelsea got clapped by Burnley at home. I guess Conte should be axed then, right? Didn't think so.

The few times I've seen him play he looks very strong fast and direct I'd live to see him get a chance really do hope he's not sold and hope Stewart stays think both are very good players but we seen over ran with midfielders.

Stewart can't make a forward pass, he can barely pass sideways. Everything is backwards. Far too slow with the ball. Can't believe he's still at the club.

I m not a huge fan to be honest and Gotze was always set to replace him
He is very overrated and the only thing you can gautante with him is he consistently gives the ball away and when you play the high press and your cover is Moreno your in trouble he's constantly very casual with the ball and for a klopp player has no pace and can't track back, he's got talent but i can imagine Firminiho is more suited to how klopp plans to play I also find he never looks up when he has the ball and certainly struggles playing a simple pass, I no he's young but Erikson and the Leicester Marez and West Ham player can't remember his name have been much more consistent.

I do think Coutinho is not consistent enough to be considered a top level player at the moment but as someone pointed out recently: he's a 23 year old South American flair player in the most physically demanding top league in Europe, if he did play to his maximum ability very week he'd be worth upwards of £80million and seen as a Balon D'Or contender.

Hes over rated, goes missing in games, can't pass well. 1 wonder goal in 50 attempts or 1 good pass every now and again is bound to come off, he's a good player but far too in consistent, i'd be suprised if anyone offers a sum that would be worth us selling . Not fussed either way . he's not Gerrard or Suarez.

Ed002 is exactly right, fake fans who are quick to turn on our own players whenever they can - in this case, as soon as a rumour of them leaving bubbles to the surface.
You're the kind of fickle can that really gets on my nerves. He's one of our better players, well liked in the squad, trains well and by all accounts is a good lad.
Suddenly is a slow to react, predictable player with no pace who doesn't track back?! Give me a break.

Sure. Earlier in the week it was Hendo. From today onwards for the next few days it's Coutinho. Let's create an 11 week cycle of slagging our players until they're all gone (one week per player) . (If the detractors had seen Coutinho play for Brazil on Sunday, they would have liked the MOTM display he put on. It's for him and Klopp to figure out why he can't do the same consistently for LFC. Selling him is not the answer. )

Stop hating just like Ron said if he leaves he leaves even tho he's an integral part of the team and tbf our only half decent player personally I trust klopp but our important players leaving after every season is a huge concern to me.

Never said he wasn't a good player I have said he is overrated by Liverpool fans yes he's young but far better players in many premier league sides as I said he's to slow for a klopp team and can't track back effectively he has a few nice tricks now and again but really can't do the simple things in an ideal world he's be a good player to keep
I've never really liked him it's got nothing to do with him wanting to leave just hate the way lpool fans make him into something he's not and its him that wants to leave, if he wants a really big club he needs to learn to do the simple things there is a reason Kaka gets chosen ahead of him.

The lad is a good signing and will get better has been a massive step up, but he's doing fairly well I watched him all season at hull and he is solid and works hard for the team, don't think he has done an awful lot wrong in his games this season, in the games Trent has played he has also been caught out but both have great potential and pleased getting games, I have no problem with Moreno his attitude has been fantastic and deserves his place up until he got injured . Although we won 5-0 I thought the team in general where all average so I feel the criticism of Robertson is a bit harsh except for firminho who was fantastic the team was a bit slow and passing was poor all over the place at times and against better operation would come unstuck.

Have to say keeper Got close to them all, Matlip was terrible and to be fair the players passing was disgraceful none of them could do the simple things it was as if they had no idea of structure but Mario and Cam and Henderson where so far if the pace it was unreal that's the first time in a long time where I didn't resemble a klopp story of play no pressing build up play so slow and passing was worse than Sunday league credit to Watford they pressed and made us look like kids.
