Hi Eds,

Does a loan move for Jerome Sinclair beckon or are we looking to sell him ?

Thanks

Jedenjezyknigdyniewystarcz

{Ed001's Note - he is not for sale, unless something drastic has happened in the last 48 hours.}

1.) 10 Jul 2015 18:47:57
If we sold him this site would go mental!

2.) 10 Jul 2015 22:15:39
Eds how good is sinclair as I must admit not really seen him. only going off this site he's the next big thing. And whatever happened to rossitier
Cheers
Magico

3.) 11 Jul 2015 00:21:16
Magico, think of daniel sturridge but raw and not injury prone. I remember ed01 i think said he is rated higher than harry kane by people more knowledgeable than us in the game.

4.) 11 Jul 2015 09:08:58
Not sure the Harry Kane comparison is valid atm. He looks a good, strong, quick striker, but I wouldn't go comparing him to others just yet

Hi Eds,

Are Liverpool or have they ever shown an interest in Asier Illarramendi ?

What do you think of him as a player?

Thanks

Jedenjezyknigdyniewystarcz

{Ed002's Note - Real Madrid will look for a significant fee for Asier Illarramendi who is of interest to both Inter Milan and AC Milan in addition to Arsenal and Athletic Bilbao who were negotiating a January transfer. Will almost certainly move in the summer, but Liverpool has shown no interest.}

Hi Eds,

Will Liverpool youngster's be playing in the 2014-15 UEFA Youth League this season or have they declined the invite?

Thanks

Hi Eds,

Have we agreed a fee with Chelsea for Ryan Bertrand? If not, do you think a deal could happen?

Regards

Jedenjezyknigdyniewystarcz

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any fee being agreed but there has been interest.}

28 Jun 2014 13:11:25
Hi Eds

Is there any interest in any of our academy players, from PL or Championship sides looking to sign loan players?

Jedenjezyknigdyniewystarcz

{Ed001's Note - yes, but only ones not near the first team will be going anywhere for a while, with players away at the World Cup. I would expect talks to begin over those we are ready to loan out, once the players who were away at the World Cup are back in training and their fitness has been fully assessed. That might see one or two impress enough to push themselves into the first team reckoning, fingers crossed.}

Bit of a strange question for you Eds. Say Liverpool were keen on a player, but they found out the player had a chronic fear of flying. Would that be an issue ? with all the traveling involved nowadays's. Tours to far flung places & European games.

Thanks.

Jedenjezyknigdyniewystarcz

{Ed002's Note - No it would not be a major issue. Liverpool only play in Europe for short periods nowadays and driving or getting a train is not a major problem. Merson and Bergkamp both had major issues flying when at Arsenal.}

1.) 16 Jul 2015 16:54:25
You just can't resist a sly dig eh Ed lol

{Ed002's Note - It would be funny if it wasn't true.}

2.) 16 Jul 2015 17:06:30
Manchester United apparently consider the allergy to nuts as a deal-breaker as they feel with Van Gaal in there, it wouldn't work out for anyone with a nuts aversion or allergy.

3.) 16 Jul 2015 17:30:56
Jesus Navas of Manchester City used to have a well documented "fear of traveling" which forced him to miss many games for Spain and Sevilla, and reject many transfer offers. But it seems he has overcome the fear after intensive counseling and treatment.

{Ed002's Note - That was homesickness I think.}

4.) 16 Jul 2015 17:57:29
Agree Ed002. A combination of homesickness, panic and anxiety attacks, and a fear of traveling anywhere.

{Ed001's Note - it was homesickness, the traveling was never the issue, it was all about leaving the area.}

5.) 16 Jul 2015 17:58:20
It was homesickness, very severe case of it.

6.) 16 Jul 2015 18:18:39
True ed bad homesickness

7.) 16 Jul 2015 18:37:37
The 'non-flying dutchman'

8.) 16 Jul 2015 20:46:03
Surprised to hear merson had a fear of flying, heard he put enough stuff up his nose one Saturday night to get him to the moon.

ED001, unfortunately the club and manager have both hung the lad out to dry and made it very difficult for him to progress as a player with the way he has been treated.}

Could you go into that ED . I have looked and searched but have found nothing.

Thanks

Jedenjezyknigdyniewystarcz

{Ed001's Note - they have gone public with information that should have been kept private in an attempt to force him to sign. Now he is getting abuse at every ground he plays at for being greedy, even though it is not the money that is the main issue. Rodgers has made a number of comments making out that Sterling is just being greedy and that the offer is fantastic etc. It is not how Liverpool operate, we deal with things inhouse and if a deal can't be done then we move them on with no fuss. Rodgers has turned us into a circus, and he is the chief clown.}

1.) 12 May 2015 22:24:49
the club has behaveing like a circus as far back as rafa,s last 2 seasons at the club,rodgers can't be accused of a lack of continuity

{Ed001's Note - good point.}

2.) 12 May 2015 22:44:12
Word up! word up ;)

3.) 12 May 2015 22:37:24
I think you all know where I stand on BR but all this talking through the media, maybe its a American tryst?

4.) 13 May 2015 00:01:57
This is the way BR has mismanaged players and their careers at LFC and Sterling might just leave not because of the issues which are not money related, but because of the way BR has stuck his mouth in a situation where he should just have deflected the question. This is clearly something he has no prob doing when trying to absorb himself of any blame for our issues but has no prob mismanaging players and their careers like Sahko, Lucas, Suso, Kelly, Borini and so on. Now, Sterling might leave due to his incompetence in the media and his inability to just shut up.

5.) 12 May 2015 22:42:28
ed001 your right in what our club used to do , but i think BR done the story because he felt that the kid was messing the club around , i think for what he has achieved and done for the club that the offer was too much , also if sturridge was not injured then the contract would not be an issue because he would not have been moved up front and now he thinks he is better than he is , the way i see him is he is not going to improve much , he needs to improve his decision making and his scoring but after all next season he will be made to go back on the wing or out wide , the way i see it this could be one of the reasons he won't sign , we will be getting new strikers in and if he goes back on the wing then he is out of the lime light , people can say he has not played well because of the contract situation but the way i see it i think he is just playing bad and he will have more games like he has then he will have good ones

{Ed001's Note - I am sorry but if he is messing the club about then you just get rid, you don't go public about contract issues as it reduces his value if you do have to sell. Rodgers and the club have made themselves look like a bunch of amateurs. When you are as ridiculously overpaid for being inept, as Rodgers is, then you are in no position to moan about anyone else's contract.}

Thank you for your reply.

{Ed001's Note - you are very welcome mate.}

Hi Eds,

If Liverpool won the europa league would the 4th team in the pl lose out on a CL place ?

Jedenjezyknigdyniewystarcz

{Ed001's Note - no.}

Hi Eds,

I know FSG don't want to go down the caretaker route, but if things continue the way they do, then FSG may act. So I ask you, who do you think could come in a do a job, until a manager was hired ? I was thinking maybe a Roy Evans. Now I know he has been out of the game for sometime, but I am really struggling to think of anyone else.

Jedenjezyknigdyniewystarcz

{Ed002's Note - I have no way of answering this as it is beyond the plans.}

25 Nov 2014 09:49:33
Hi Eds,

If FSG are waiting to get a manager in place before moving Rodgers on. Is there a possibility, say for example a manager was only available in the summer, could they keep Rodgers until the end of the season?

Jedenjezyknigdyniewystarcz

{Ed002's Note - I have no idea where you have created this scenario from?}

Hahah fat Dunc. I'm sure he stated the rumor about Liverpool selling us to the Arabs , the other day and to think some people pay £30 to be filled with absolute nonsense.

Hi Ed 001 , Is the Lame Duck flying out to Boston after the Stoke game? And if so , will there be a hunting party ready to put him & us out of our misery ?

Thanks

Jedenjezyknigdyniewystarcz

{Ed001's Note - there is no need for him to go to Boston.}
