Vela ay ed? He's one that hasn't been mentioned much mate. Vert decent player. Viable? Likely to be expensive I would think?

Eds correct me if I'm wrong, didn't Arsenal have a buy back option a few seasons ago but Vela said he was happy in spain and didn't want a return to the prem? Not sure if his views have changed but wouldn't Arsenal be his preferred destination? Also without Champs League is he not another player that would fall into the unrealistic catagory?

Give Eds a break chaps. he's been goid enough to share with us what he knows in that we had scouts at the game to watch Vela. Try not to over complicate it. he is obviously a Striker option for the sumner.

Id be happy with vela, very good player and no I don't think not having CL would make a blind bit of difference.

Hi Eds,

Understand from your responses that were at a "sell-to-buy" situation at the moment.

That said, and given your recent reply of Sakho + Balo likely getting the boot. Who do you think are our main targets?

Honestly think that Balo will come good once Studge comes in. Would much prefer to see an actual defensive mid come in along with Karius + a CB who will lead that back line. Any chance these are priorities over all the rumored ST (cavani? Higuain? Benzema? Get real. Horrible reporting. Haha) targets? Delph maybe? Any truth to Carvalho? Howedes (wishful thinking, I know)?
