I have known a German couple since meeting them in the Crown Plaza hotel after we played Dortmund (We exchange e-mails) . They are telling me that the rumour that is going round Dortmund is Liverpool are in for Christian Pulisic and its imminent! Just passing on what I have been told.

I do find it very unbelievable that a couple you met on holiday once heard a rumour floating around, and their first thought was "Oh my god! We need to email that English dude who bought us a Beer back in 2016! He has to know this! "

Good rumour. At this point of the window, I'll grab on to anything of quality, and hope forna strong finish. I think Pulisic would prove a great signing, but I don't see BvB letting him go in january, and especially not with only one day to go.

Met them in the hotel bar after the match. Got talking swapped scarfs and email addresses kept in touch ever since. They are quite genuine and follow BVD everywhere. They have never told me any bollox b4. As I said just passing on a rumour from over the water.

Yes great if we get Pulisic but we really need to look behind the front players that part is very much sorted but while poor keepers defenders and not a good enough midfield I think finances would be better spent in these areas this would help LFC and my bloody nails every time we play.

Not so much a rumour but an almost probable fact. My girlfriend has just released herself from her contract on the grounds that she feels unloved. Gutted as she was an important part of the team. I will address the gap left by her in the close season. I refuse to panic buy whilst we are playing like this. YNWA.

I am fairly new on here but I have just started to read the posts Re the game yesterday. Is this site trolled? Are the people who make some of these comments real fans? OMG I am fairly sure that we beat a Team that have looked as close to complete than I have seen in many a year. 3 hugely valuable points and I could not for 1 second question the effort by every player that wore Red. Yet I find myself reading posts by so called fans whining about certain individuals? You moaners should all be ashamed of yourselves I for one have arrived in work this morning feeling hugely proud. If im not mistaken we have conceded just 20 Goals this season, less than any other team in the PL. Some of you need to get a grip. Matip has been a part of that and if you look at the stats when he has played I think you will all find that he is a valuable member of the squad not on a huge wage either and bought for peanuts. As a player that will never be first choice he is more valuable than you think.

Agreed KB. Although im 100% sure that Salah is on the wind up. Shaqiri for that money is a no brainer and I am confident that Klopp will eek out improvement in attitude and consistency. Worst case scenario is it doesn't work out and we sell at a profit. I shall mark Salah's post and remind him of his rather short sighted comments when we see the outcome of which I am confident will be a psoitive one for club and player. YNWA.

Julian Dicks was a dissapointment in my eyes. Kenny Dalglish was the biggest suprise as at the time I just could not see that Kevin Keegan could ever be replaced.

I have watched Liverpool for nigh on 42 years. To say the fans had more class 20 years ago is misdirected. I have stood on the Kop in the early eighties and the munich song was sang by the whole ground.
We will never turn Football fans into a group of wellwishing choirboys. Its a tribal sport and fans try to make a difference either by encouraging their own team or barracking the opposition. Take Raheem for instance, he left the club, was, rightly or wrongly vilified for doing so and everytime he returns to Anfield he gets subjected to constant berating. He struggles to perform and I think that is part due to the heat he gets from the fans. The game is evolving not just on the pitch but off it too. I think we are however a long way away from singing lullabies and shouting endearing compliments to opposing fans and teams.
