What are your thoughts on Manu Kone? What would he bring to our midfield if he were to sign?

{Ed001's Note - I have to be honest, though I did watch a fair bit of the Bundesliga early this season, I don't remember watching him play. Sorry. I don't know if he wasn't taking part in the games I saw or just didn't stand out as I was watching other players (mainly Bellingham).}

What about Thuram Ed1? Have you watch him? I don't have access to France football, so don't know much about him.

I am happy we're linked with them but equally frustrated that we let previous windows go without making an attempt to get one of them.

Apparently, Kone killed it in two games vs Bayern in the League and Cup where Bayern got battered and he got rave reviews in both games. That's as much as I read cos I never saw him play either.

Agree with FPF. They both look good players but both were probably attainable 12 months ago. Its very frustrating we wrote off a whole season for nothing but need to look forward now and learn from it.

@OneKiss, @FPF, stop trying to re-write history, nobody mentioned either Kone or Thuram last year. Every man and his dog were fixating on Bissouma, Tchouameni, Bellingham and was it Bowen.

With respect to the alleged attempts to sign Kone or Thuram in this window then your wish that we learn from our mistakes has already happened.
