Pep made and makes big decisions e. g cancelo. Klopp needs to make big decisions this summer that will send a message to what will remain of the squad.
If virgs performances fore example continue he has to be sold. Get the money and move him on. The squads been soo poorly managed and this season has been a shocker. Some "big" players who's legs have gone have to be moved on and lessons learned. We're carrying attitudes and old men within that first 11.

If we’re selling players based on this seasons performances then Alison and Bajetic (also arguably Diaz and Elliot) might have a hell of a lot of new team mates next season.

Nothing to do with legs tbh, I thought that at the start of the season but look at the teams we have beaten. What we have is purely an attitude problem. Yes the squad could do with a refresh and we need midfielders but we would still be comfortably in the top 4 with current squad if attitude was right. They simply don’t want to turn up for the smaller teams.

Yes we weren’t good enough against Madrid but don’t forget we absolutely outplayed them for the first 20 mins at anfield before falling apart due to various mistakes and then collapsing mentally.

OP, let me ask you this. Seriously, do you know why Cancelo got binned? If you don't then I propose you stop such unbalanced and false comparisons. Before you compare, you prolly want to go find out why Cancelo got binned before you make such comparisons that lead to false accusations against Klopp.

And Spoiler Alert: it had nothing to do with Cancelo's ability as a footballer nor his ability to perform at the highest level. Go find out about why Pep binned him and then, we can actually discuss. Peace and Love.

@Don't forget we absolutely outplayed them for 20 minutes? unfortunately a game of professional football is 90 minutes plus.

I posted a reply on this thread earlier Ed can I ask why it was taken down? If it was taken down? There was no profanity or anything else that I would think inappropriate?
If it was lost in the system then no problem.

{Ed025's Note - i never seen that post mate but you should check the other pages on the liverpool site as it may have been posted on one of them..

I agree that declining players should be sold whilst they still have high value. The problem with VVD is that he was so good the other CB’a looks great next to him. I include Trent in that statement, Robbo stands on his own merit as does Ali. Now he has declined those others are being exposed, or at least showing they over relied on VVD’s brilliance. Even is his lesser state VVD is still our best defender by a long way. Should we move him on now for the greater good or find a better partner for him? For me, the issue is Trent at RB. I love the bloke, want him to stay but he clearly gets targeted and against the best teams he gets ripped apart or requires support from others leaving a man short in the middle, exposing the CB’s time and time again. Ed01 convinced me a while back that he was better at RB than midfield, but Iv reverted to my original stance. He has all the necessary skills to be a midfielder and should play Hendo’s positions on the right hand side of the 3. He drifts there so often these days anyway leaving the RB position free he might as well stay there anyway and let young Ramsey or Bradley have a go at RB. He can still get down the wing and put crosses in like Hendo does, and he can use his passing, vision and shooting more often. Just my opinion.
