VAR is once again an absolute joke. Stamp I. The TH vs Chelsea game var looked at it and said no red card then 20 mins later tell everyone they got it wrong it should have been a red and it was human error .

{Ed047's Note - it’s shocking mate

Am all for owning up when you a make a mistake but it was a 100% red. You look at it once and you know. Easy decision OFF!

Was clearly a terrible call but I'm glad to see them admit their error and own up. What bothers me though is the on field referees are escaping blame for not making these big calls themselves anymore when their decision in the moment is the one that has purpose. If the ref sends off lo Celso and VAR check it then I'm sure the decision would have stood. The refs are avoiding criticism this year when their level of officiating is after getting worse.

It was a dreadful decision. Also, why the ref did not go see the incident on the pitch-side monitor to judge for himself, I will never know.

Didnt you hear Hoddle? To properly do a player your foot has to be much higher. He was merely trying to drag the ball back. Hoddle has no bias here.
